BCV is comprised of member club representatives and elected officers. Each member club elects 3 representatives to send to BCV. BCV also has a Chairman, Vice Chairman, secretary and treasurer. The board made Lily Ivy a lifetime honorary board member after the loss of our founder Dick Ivy. The officers are elected by the the club representatives each year. Although they have duties and hold office they do not have a vote at meetings.

Guests are allowed to attend with prior approval which must be obtained before the day of the meeting. Anyone interested may contact their club representative or the Chairman for more information on attending.
